Claims

If you wish to make a claim for a product, please click on the button below to download the claims form, fill in the form, and email it together with photos to [email protected].

Only after your claim has been approved will we get back to you with a solution to the issue.

If you wish to return an item, please fill out the form below. We process your request on weekdays between 8:00 to 17:00. and get back to you as soon as possible.

Stocked items ordered in error may be returned subject to a handling fee of NOK 79. The handling fee does not apply where the error is attributable to MWI Animal Health. For returns from countries other than Sweden, additional costs may apply.
