Claims

If you wish to make a claim for a product, please click on the button below to download the claims form, fill in the form, and email it together with photos to [email protected].

Only after your claim has been approved will we get back to you with a solution to the issue.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please download the form below, fill it in and email it, along with some photos, to [email protected]. We process returns on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Incorrectly ordered in-stock items will be accepted for return subject to a handling fee of 79 NOK, excluding VAT, and a shipping fee of 139 NOK. The fee will not be charged if the error is attributable to MWI Animal Health.
