LEGAL OBLIGATION

CONTRACT

In customer and supplier agreements, we register and manage personal data (but only the data necessary to fulfill the agreement). We retain information based on the agreement for as long as the agreement is valid and beyond that if another legal basis becomes applicable, such as legal obligation.

CONSENT

Consent, according to the regulation, is “any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which they, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signify agreement to the processing of personal data relating to them.” Unsubscribing from, e.g., newsletters takes effect immediately.

LEGITIMATE INTEREST

This means that if the company can demonstrate that its interest in processing the data outweighs the individual's right to privacy, this legal basis may be invoked.

Technical Reasons

For technical reasons, some personal data must be processed and stored when you visit our website MWI Animal Health.se. Customer Surveys

This is done through MWI Animal Health entering into a so-called data processing agreement with the relevant third party.

Your personal data may be stored on servers or otherwise processed by our service providers outside the EU/EEA.
